If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have two options.
1- Visit one of our stores to make an exchange or to obtain a credit note valid for one year (no reimbursement is possible in store). Remember to bring with you proof of purchase, i.e. the order confirmation e-mail. This method of return is possible within 30 days of receipt of your order.
2- You can return your order to the warehouse for full reimbursement within 15 days of its receipt.
The procedure for a return to the warehouse is as follows:
To do within 15 days after receivig your order.
Log in to your customer account.
Go into ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS and select the order concerned.
On the order page, select the item/s concerned, specify the reason for returning it in the relevant field and click on “Generate a return”.
Once your order return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that your order status has been updated to “Awaiting return of package”.
Print out the e-mail received and return your product/s to us at the following address:

Important : Returns must be unworn, in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging). We will reimburse you via the same payment method used to place your order. If you paid via Bancontact or by bank transfer, remember to add your full bank details to the printed document so that we can reimburse you.
